For brand-protection counsel

Brand protection starts with knowing who you're actually suing.

Takedowns remove listings; the operator mints new ones. We joined USPTO trademark filings with the seller disclosures the INFORM Act forces marketplaces to publish, so one lookup shows the network behind a storefront brand — with the government record attached to every claim.

The enforcement treadmill

Takedowns don't end it

The listing dies, the operator re-registers under the next brand, and next month you're paying for the same takedown again. The unit of enforcement should be the operator, not the listing.

Schedule A defendants are shells

Hundreds of storefront names, one operation. Connecting them today means paying an investigator or burning discovery on what the public record already shows.

Evidence has to hold up in a filing

A vendor's risk score is not an exhibit. Serial numbers, assignment reel/frame citations, and marketplace identity disclosures are.

What the record shows

Operator files

Every published operator cluster has a page: the registered entities, their combined mark portfolio, and the evidence connecting them — each connection with its receipt. The full work product ships as an operator report.

The $49 brand report

The single-brand file, self-serve: complete mark list with statuses and classes, ownership transfers with reel/frame citations, cluster evidence, and resolved seller identities with addresses. Instant PDF.

Receipts on everything

Every mark links its TSDR record. Every cluster connection names its basis. When the record is ambiguous, we say ambiguous instead of guessing — the one answer you can't afford is a confident wrong one.

Questions

Where does the data come from?

Two public records: the USPTO trademark register (marks, owners, assignments, prosecution history) and the seller identity disclosures the INFORM Consumers Act requires of marketplaces. We join them into one graph and publish only what the evidence supports.

Do you score brands?

No. Every answer is a set of facts with the underlying record linked. When more than one unrelated owner could match a name, the answer is ambiguous — we never publish a guess.

How do I get an operator report?

The reports page describes the format and how to order one. For a single brand, the $49 report is self-serve from that brand's dossier page.
