Run a background check on any brand.

Type a brand name. We run it against the full USPTO register (every mark, owner, and assignment, refreshed nightly) and the brand's off-platform footprint — its own site, social accounts, and verified storefronts — and give you the read in plain English, with the record linked on every claim. Published brands land straight on their full dossier page. Free, no key, no signup.

How to read the result.

We publish signals with receipts, never a score. Three states cover every brand:

Single owner

One owner stands behind every live mark for the name — or holds a disclosed supermajority of them. The footprint tells you whether that owner is a company with one brand or an operator with dozens.

Multiple possible owners

Unrelated owners hold marks under the same name. We say ambiguous and publish no owner claim — you never build a decision on our guess.

No US trademark

Nothing on the register matches the exact name. Read it beside the footprint: an established own site or a verified storefront with real sales means a small real business that never registered — only a completed check with neither is a signal.

The terms, in plain English.

Mill-filed mill_filed
Filed through a filing mill — an attorney who files trademarks in bulk for overseas operators. A fact we report, not a judgment.
Operator network operator_cluster
Several registered companies that public records show are run as one operation. We only say this when USPTO filings or verified evidence prove the connection — never on a guess.
Multiple possible owners ambiguous
More than one unrelated owner could match this name, so we publish no owner claim rather than guess.
Dominant owner dominance
One owner holds nearly all the live trademarks under this name. The remaining filers are listed by name so nothing is hidden.
