Why is there no risk score?
Because your decisions have to survive disputes, and a black-box number can't be defended — a USPTO serial can. We publish the facts; you set the thresholds. Every decision you make traces to a public record you can show an auditor, a lawyer, or the merchant themselves.
What happens on ambiguous brands?
You get ambiguous, the top candidate owner's footprint clearly labeled as a candidate, and no owner claim. You never build a decision on our guess.
Can I redistribute the responses?
Per-item access for your own product decisions, yes. Redistribution or resale of the data needs a feed license — email us.
